My ideas, stolen again.

About a year ago when I was noticing the billions of condos being built on the lakeshore, I thought it sad that only half of the residences have a lake view. I thought, hey - why don't they make a building that rotates a quarter turn every week, so that everyone can share the view?

An Italian architect is working on a very souped-up version of this, and it will be built in Dubai, naturally.
